• All artwork, game mechanics, STL files, lore, and written content are the intellectual property of Kinslayers unless otherwise stated.
• You may not distribute, resell, or alter our STL files, game materials, or artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
• You may print and paint our STL files for personal use. If sharing painted models online, please credit us using #Kinslayers #BeyondTheBrambles where applicable.

• Personal Use Only: Purchased STL files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any format.
• No Commercial Printing: Printing and selling physical models from our STLs is prohibited unless you have a licensed merchant agreement.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of STL files, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, if you encounter a file issue, please contact us for support.

• Pledge Commitments: By backing a Kinslayers Kickstarter, you understand that your pledge contributes to project development. Refunds are not guaranteed once a campaign is completed.
• Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., production delays, logistics issues) may impact delivery timelines.
• Backer Communication: Updates will be posted via Kickstarter. Please ensure your email address is up to date to receive important notifications.

• Entry Requirements: Participants must submit original photos of their painted miniatures, following the competition guidelines.
• Original Work Only: Entries must be your own work—submitting AI-generated or stolen content will result in disqualification.
• Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on painting skill, creativity, and thematic presentation. The judges' decision is final.
• Prizes: 
  • Digital prizes (e.g., STL files) will be sent via email.
  • Physical prizes (if applicable) will be shipped based on the winner's location.
• Usage Rights: By entering, you grant Kinslayers permission to showcase your work on our website and social media.

• Be Respectful: Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated in community discussions, including on social media, Discord, or Kickstarter comments.
• Fair Play: Any attempts to exploit game mechanics, competitions, or Kickstarter rewards unfairly may result in bans or disqualification.

• STL Print Issues: We are not responsible for failed prints due to incorrect printer settings, supports, or material choices.
• Game Balance: While we continually refine game mechanics, Kinslayers is subject to updates for improved balance and gameplay.
• External Platforms: We are not liable for issues related to third-party services (e.g., Kickstarter, PayPal, Etsy, Instagram).

All intellectual property associated with Kinslayers, including but not limited to written content, artwork, game mechanics, STL files, and branding, is owned by Vlaan.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials without written permission is strictly prohibited. The use of "Vlaan" as a creative identity does not affect the legal copyright ownership of this material.

The F8 'Fate' Dice System, including all associated mechanics and game elements, is a proprietary system developed specifically for Kinslayers: Fall of the Arcane Storm.

All rights to the F8 'Fate' Dice System and related intellectual property are reserved. Players are encouraged to enjoy and explore the system within the context of the game.

Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of the F8 'Fate' Dice System outside of Kinslayers requires prior written consent from the creator.
