The capital, Laantis, stands adorned with the opulent beauty of coral reefs and the iridescent glow of bioluminescent life. With a crest bearing a White Leviathan on a Blue Flag, the Sea Elves govern themselves through a Monarchy, guided by the rhythmic ebb and flow of the tides. Their fair-teal skin, eyes, and hair reflect the hues of the ocean, blending seamlessly with their aquatic domain. Rooted in the Way of Water and ancestral worship, they wield the elegance of the Spear and Dagger in their dueling warfare, a dance of fluid grace beneath the waves. Masters of the Sea, they in maritime trade, navigating the depths with unparalleled skill.

The Sea Elves of Laantis are generally a peaceful and nature-loving people, known for their connection to the seas and waters. They make their home in a kingdom of coral and shell beneath the waves, with smaller settlements scattered throughout the shallows. They are also a seafaring people, with grand sailing ships that navigate the islands, coves, and nearby shores. They live in harmony with the ocean and its creatures, tending to the seas and protecting them from harm. However, the Arcane Storms have had a devastating impact on the Sea Elves. The storms have created savage tides and tempests, with even the seas unable to keep the ghastly creatures at bay. The creatures have attacked their settlements, destroying homes and taking lives, much has been lost in the fight for survival. They are also facing scarcity of food and other resources as their fishing and agriculture are impacted by the storms. 

The Sea Elves are desperate and have turned to new ways to survive. With no other option, Sea Elves have started to explore and exploit the nearby islands and shores for resources, which were previously not accessible to them. Ships in the region have also mysteriously began to disappear.
